aipuerto.com processes your name, email address, phone number and payment details (via Stripe; card data is never stored by us) to deliver its services. For the Business Card Reader and Document Tracking services, only the images and documents you upload are processed.
How We Use Data
Your data is used solely for service setup, billing, support and legal obligations. We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our services rely on Google (Contacts, Drive, Sheets), Telegram, Airtable, Stripe and n8n. Data shared with these services is subject to their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies for session management and analytics (Google Tag Manager). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
