Service Description
aipuerto.com provides ready-made automation tools (business card reading, document tracking) and Airtable-based ERP/CRM and marketing automation setup services. Services are activated by our setup team after purchase.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are one-time and processed via Stripe. Refunds requested before setup completion are issued in full; no refunds after setup is completed. For enterprise projects, payment and refund terms are specified in the proposal.
User Obligations
You are responsible for managing and securing the third-party accounts (Google, Telegram, Airtable, etc.) required to use the services. Use of the services for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
Service Level
Automation tools are designed to run 24/7; however, aipuerto.com is not liable for outages of third-party services (Google, Telegram, Stripe, etc.).
Intellectual Property
Customers receive usage rights to the workflows and templates created during setup; the underlying infrastructure and know-how remain the property of aipuerto.com.
Limitation of Liability
aipuerto.com is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
